5. plumbing. going to do hot water, move around laundry,
and fix some stupid problems. actually plumbing in good shape
also will put in flood pans under washer and water heater.
6. a/o 4 tons estimated. we have now removed the oven which
was 40 amps on a 50 amp / 240 breaker, so we have plenty
of power. now need the AC man to get us quote! will use
inside 12000 btu hall a/c if need be.
